Sandwiched in-between their two hitmaking phases, Go West’s second album Dancing On The Couch almost feels like a lost LP. All three singles were paid dust on their 1987 release, each failing to make the UK Top 40. Across the pond, the album only just scraped the Billboard 200. Winning Best British Newcomer at the previous year’s BRITs appeared to have been a curse.
