SUBJECT: Ray of sunshine
FROM: Emma Hall
Six months ago I had my first child, a little boy. It took time for me to recover from the birth and those early weeks and months of his life felt like a merry-go-round of feeding and changing, not helped by the dark winter days. One of my saviours was your magazine popping through the door every month. While feeding my son I would flick through and make future plans to cook all the food that, back then, I never seemed to have time to make. As my son has got older – and easier – I have happily been cooking quick, easy and tasty recipes from my store of back issues. Thanks, delicious., for being a ray of sunshine for me over the past six months.
