I moved to England over six years ago to study biology and it was then that I picked up my first issue of delicious., which helped me eat well as a student – I’m now doing a doctorate in genetics. There’s a lot of misinformation in the foodie sphere, with a tendency to vilify some foods and glorify others. As a scientist who likes food, it’s frustrating to see how popular these misconceptions have become. It is so encouraging to see you debunk common myths through your The Sane View series. Please keep the rationality going and thank you for producing such an inspiring magazine.
