OEM NEWS GM to Expand Duramax Manufacturing Capabilities

To meet the growing demand for its Duramaxpowered HD trucks, GM is investing $175 million in a new engine component facility in Brookville, Ohio. The new plant will deliver precision-machined components to the DMAX engine plant in Moraine, Ohio beginning in late 2020. The new plant will consist of 251,000 square feet of space and provide more than 100 new manufacturing jobs.
