Jodie Whittaker OUT OF THE TARDIS

Production on Series 12 is now well underway. During a location shoot in April, Jodie Whittaker found time to answer a random selection of tantalising, taxing and trivial questions from Doctor Who Magazine’s TARDIS tin…

Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor is back in business – as are numerous members of the production team.

Between them they’re bringing a touch of Doctor Who magic to a dark and draughty warehouse in Cardiff . During a break in recording a new episode, Jodie comes straight over with a hello and a hug. She’s wearing a long puff er jacket in an eff ort to keep warm.

This afternoon, as well as facing alien threats that will be unleashed on our TV screens early next year, Jodie is sitting down with Doctor Who Magazine. She’s the fifth Doctor to go Out of the TARDIS, but the first to tackle the tin as the current on-screen incumbent.

“Can I start?” she says excitedly, riffling through the assortment of questions. Let’s go…

“I would just love to be able to go anywhere in the world and be able to either speak or sign to anyone.”
