TECHNIQUES USING CUTTERS, PIPING ROYAL ICING, CREATING 3D BISCUITS

YOU WILL NEED

TO DECORATE

• vanilla biscuit dough (enough to make 10 biscuits, plus extra for the nose and muzzle)

• 500g (1lb 1¾oz) SK Art-Ice Cookie Icing Mix

• 100g (3½oz) SK Tuxedo Black Professional Instant Mix Royal Icing

• SK Black Food Colour Pen

EQUIPMENT

• teddy bear face cookie cutter, approximately 9.5x11cm (3¾x4¼in)

• round cookie cutters: 2.5cm (1in), 5cm (2in)

• piping nozzle: No.1.5
