01.Alternate pull up. An ideal body weight exercise if feeling strong and wanting to pump the bicep and work your shoulders. As this exercise is quite advanced, make sure you pace yourself. Stand beneath your bar or tree as I am, left side closest to it. Grab with your left hand, backward, then set up your right hand in the same way directly in front of your left hand. Using your left hand and back muscles, pull yourself up until your chin comes to bar level, then lower back to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. Try eight reps across three sets with 90 seconds rest between sets.
