MAKING PEACE WITH IBS
Your feature on IBS in the July issue was extremely interesting. Having been diagnosed with the condition a couple of years ago, it was enlightening to read about the psychological side of the disorder, the research going on, and the tips explaining what can be done to calm the dreaded symptoms. I find the emotional aspect of IBS fascinating and wondered whether adopting a healthier lifestyle and eliminating stress would significantly impact my digestive health – my symptoms inevitably flare up whenever I’m anxious!
