SHOPPING LIST

8 eggs (1 to be large)

▀ Sugar (¼tsp)

▀ Spray oil

▀ 3tsp toasted sesame oil

▀ 250ml apple cider vinegar

▀ 1tbsp red wine or sherry vinegar

▀ 1tsp reduced-salt tamari

▀ Tabasco or other hot sauce

▀ 2tbsp beetroot or tomato chutney

▀ 50g no added sugar peanut butter

▀ 70g plain flour

▀ 2tbsp dry fine breadcrumbs, such as Paxo

▀ 150g falafel mix, such as Al’fez

▀ 2 x 250g packs ready-to-heat brown rice

▀ 400g can cannellini beans in water

▀ 400g can cherry tomatoes

▀ 400g can lentils, drained and rinsed

▀ 200g firm tofu

▀ 1tbsp pumpkin seeds

▀ 1tbsp sesame seeds

▀ Dried chilli flakes

▀ 2tsp curry powder

▀ 1tsp dried oregano

▀ 1tsp ground coriander

▀ 1tsp ground cumin

▀ 1tsp smoked paprika

▀ 2tsp Mexican spice mix

CHILLED

▀ 4tbsp low-fat natural yogurt

▀ 50g reduced-fat vegetarian cheddar, sliced
