There’s a big focus on plant-based cooking, which is something that’s so personal to me. Changing my diet played a big part in transforming my own health. Having always been a bit sceptical about veggie food, I was blown away to discover how much I loved it once I started experimenting, and I have honestly never enjoyed cooking more or felt better in myself.
