’We go to the Italian village where my children’s nonna comes from for our holiday, and try to adopt the local Mediterranean lifestyle. We eat at mealtimes and don’t snack because nobody else seems to-they’d look at you as though you were mad if you had a packet of crisps or biscuit, which could ‘spoil’ your main meal.’
