Good fats and fibre content make nuts a good choice for healthy snacking and cooking. However, they’re so deliciously crunchy and moreish that it’s hard to stop – and as we know eating too much of even healthy foods can lead to weight gain. Even an unassuming looking 30g portion of nuts can contain around 200 calories.
