FAKE YOUR CARBS

WE’RE NOT SAYING there’s anything wrong with carbs – in fact, health experts recommend half our calories should come from them. But it’s easy to overload on rice, pasta, mash and burger buns. So replacing some of your usual starchy foods with carb-mimicking veg is a great idea, especially if you struggle to get your five-aday. Not only will you save heaps of calories, helping you shape up, but you’ll also get a health-boosting hit of vitamins and minerals.
