BREAKFAST
Monday to Friday, I have a green smoothie made with frozen blueberries, spinach, avocado, chia seeds, porridge oats and moringa powder, topped with water and blitzed. I don’t love breakfast, so a smoothie ensures I’ve got something good in me.
JENNA SAYS: Smoothies are a great breakfast and a fab alternative to juices as they are full of fibre from the fruit and veg. Avocado and chia seeds provide healthy fats and the oats contain beta-glucans, which can help to lower cholesterol.
