Demand is still high, but prohibitive breeding costs and a shift away from
thoroughbred sires are changing the shape and quality of the hunter market. WHILE major fixtures continue to attract good ridden and in hand hunter entries, dwindling numbers at some shows is a worrying trend. Furthermore, a hot topic of conversation is how hard it has become to find a hunter that is true to type.
