Famous for its frozen lake that’s acted as a field of play for over a century, luxury ski resort St. Moritz transforms into a true winter wonderland every year to host the White Turf International Horse Races. Comprising 20 races over three Sundays every February, the event attracts more than 35,000 spectators who are keen to see with their own eyes the wonder of skikjöring and flat racing across the frozen lake, covered with compacted snow.
