One of the more hysterical reactions to Theresa May’s penultimate outing at Prime Minister’s Questions back in mid-July came from Scottish journalist James Millar, who ascribed epic significance to the fact that the SNP’s Westminster leader Ian Blackford had worked a criticism of the Lib Dems into his question. Apparently this was proof positive that the SNP were “rattled” by the Lib Dems, and also a decent indication that Mr Blackford was panic-stricken about losing his own seat to the Lib Dems. In other news, two plus two definitely equals twenty-two.
