Set up a small 2m square of cones and place one keeper inside in the middle, another 8 feet away as the server, with both facing each other. Begin first with server kicking the ball into the keeper’s chest, then above the head, for him to catch and then roll back to server. Repeat. Then activate the hamstrings by server shooting low for keeper 2 to catch and roll back.
