Tasty Tex-Mex burritos


These Tex-Mex burritos are delicious, filled with beans, rice and plenty of hot chilli.


Preparation time: 20 minutes

■ 1 tbsp olive oil

■ 1 small onion, finely chopped

■ 2 cloves garlic, minced

■ 1 medium green bell pepper, finely diced

■ 400g/14oz cooked pinto beans, black beans or kidney beans
