After many nights watching plot 4B there was no sign of the mystery owner or any work being done. The plot remained pristine and well cared for, with not a weed in sight. One balmy July evening Peaty Peat, Donna and Raised Bed Ron took their turn on the stake-out.They sat shoulder to shoulder as usual behind Donna’s shed eating biscuits, as others had done many times before.
