Welcome from the editor

This month I have great pleasure in welcoming versatile and accomplished artist, tutor and writer, Tim Fisher to Leisure Painter’s editorial board, where he joins esteemed panel members, Diana Armfield and David Bellamy. Tim has the enviable gift of turning his in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience of drawing, painting and the art market into highly readable and inspiring articles that have taught Leisure Painter readers to draw and paint successfully for over 20 years. Tim is valued for his professionalism and easy manner by the editorial team here, and we are looking forward to working with him as we take Leisure Painter into the future.

Tim is also the first featured video artist in our new online membership at PaintersOnline, called POStudio. All the usual features that PaintersOnline users have come to enjoy and value are still available, including the immensely popular gallery, forum and bookshop, but members are now invited to use new interactive features that make your experience of PaintersOnline that much better. Be inspired by exclusive trouble-shooting videos and longerlength demonstrations every month. Create your own Studio Wall mood boards, where you can pin all your favourite items from the entire site. Take advantage of exclusive discounts and offers, and sell your own work, commission free.
