BE ACCOUNTABLE
When you’re flying solo it’s incredibly easy to say “mañana” to your fitness mission. The trouble is this “I’ll go tomorrow” attitude can turn into weeks and months. Going to the gym with someone or meeting them there removes the temptation to skip a session, because you’re no longer only letting yourself down. And once you’re there and in the zone you’ll be glad you made the effort.
