Dan suffered from heavy thoughts as a result of his excess weight

“I’d always had issues with my weight, even as a child”, explains Dan Mills, 28, from Exeter. “It got to a point, when I was at university, that my selfconfidence was non-existent and I’d suffer with bouts of depression.”
