Taylor Momsen: badass tiger just out of shot
FOUR YEARS ON from their last studio venture, The Pretty Reckless return in the face of personal loss and depression for their fourth album, Death By Rock And Roll, out next month. In the meantime, we challenged frontwoman Taylor Momsen to answer your burning questions on the band’s new era, making dream collaborations come true and… really rubbish tigers?
What can you tell us about how the new album is sounding?

“Awesome! It’s finished and we finally have a date! It’s coming out February 12 and I’m ecstatic for people to hear it. It’s been a long time coming and we’ve been sitting on music waiting to put it out, it’s been torturous. I don’t want to say too much but I am very confident with this album – in a lot of ways, this might be our best album yet; it’s very much a rebirth for this band and it feels like the first record in a lot of ways. I know to my core that I’m extraordinarily proud of what we’ve accomplished on this album, it’s a new chapter in the band’s life. This record saved my life and I’m really excited to share it.”
