Atlantic City, New Jersey—Hillary Clinton speaks at a rally on July 6 in front of a shuttered casino once owned by her opponent, Donald Trump. The presumptive Democratic nominee assailed Trump’s “fraudulent business record.” Now that the FBI has declined to pursue charges related to her use of a private email server, Clinton is trying to shift the focus of the campaign. Throughout the 2016 contest, Trump has cast himself as a business-savvy job creator who will jump-start the American economy. “How can anybody lose money running a casino?” Clinton asked in June.
