Withthe launch of Disney+, a huge portion of the company’s film and television library is available withthe click of a TV controller or tap on your phone. You can finally get rid of that VCR and all those plastic clamshell VHS tapes—that is, unless you insist the original cut of Star Wars is the only cut.
It won’t take long surfing through the menus to be reminded of some card sets that you probably haven’t seen or heard much of for years. Sure, there are the cornerstones like everything Star Wars, benchmark Disney releases like Upper Deck’s run withthe Disney Treasures line and some smash hits like Skybox’s Lion King. But there are several solid sets that are overlooked today, either because the subject’s cool factor has gone stale or the cards weren’t that big to begin with. And some are just plain strange.
