TWO football clubs from Argyll and Bute have been awarded the Scottish Football Association’s (SFA) Standard Quality Mark award.
Lochnell FC from Benderloch and Port Ellen Juniors FC from Islay have been working through the SFA Quality Mark Scheme criteria over the last few months with help and assistance from Argyll and Bute Council’s football development officer, Martin Rae.
The scheme supports and recognises the work of clubs that have the desire to be the very best they can be.
