New project helps Kinlochleven pupils hone job interview skills

PUPILS at Kinlochleven High School took part in mock job interviews to help prepare them for the world of work.

Fifth and sixth year students also had their CVs reviewed as part of a new Developing the Young Workforce West Highland (DYWWH) strategy.

Conducting the interviews were John MacLennan, Operations Manager at The Underwater Centre in Fort William, Douglas Ormiston, DYWWH Programme Manager, and Erin McHale, DYWWH Programme Co-ordinator, who also checked the content, presentation, spelling and grammar in pupils’ CVs.
