Sir,
The SNP must scrap its unpopular plans for state guardians across Scotland. Parents, quite rightfully, have huge concerns about the named person legislation, yet the SNP leadership still claims that these fears are unfounded.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon must realise that she no longer has a majority and should be seeking an agreement with other parties to ensure legislation manages to be passed.
