IT HAS been confirmed the insurance company responsible for signing off the claim for the wrecked bus shelter outside Fort William Medical Centre has now agreed the terms for a new structure to be manufactured, writes Mark Entwistle. The Lochaber Times had contacted Bidwells, the managing agents acting on behalf of the landowner involved.
A temporary bus shelter was erected at the site in February after the original shelter was knocked down by a bus in July last year.
But the wooden temporary shelter has been the subject of much derision and criticism, particularly with the onset of autumn and more wet weather.
