ROCKFIELD Primary School in Oban has been invited to create a Gaelic film for Education Scotland’s National Improvement Hub, as a leading example to others.
The National Improvement Hub is a gateway to educational improvement resources and support. It provides access to resources to help schools improve practice, increasing the quality of learners’ experiences and their outcomes.
The film features interviews with staff and parents, and shows children taking part in Gaelic Bookbug and a Read, Write and Count session. Argyll and Bute Councillor Yvonne McNeilly said: ‘Well done to everyone at Rockfield Primary. It is a great honour for the school to be selected as an exemplar on the National Improvement Hub and I wish everyone involved continued success.’
