Dalmally is fitting end to show season

THE LAST and possibly the largest show of the summer calendar took place on Saturday – Dalmally Agricultural Show. The field was packed with people and even the sun managed to make an appearance.

Spectators were spoiled for choice – whether it was the judging of the commercial cattle, Highland cattle, Blackface sheep in the mart, the pipe band playing, shinty games, bird shows, wood working or the famous terrier race.

Children had plenty to choose from as bouncy castles and funfair styled stalls surrounded the field.
