HEAD chef and Masterchef finalist Scott Davies has said he is delighted to be taking part in this year’s Spirit of Skye festival.
The festival on June 16 and 17 will exhibit more than 30 local and regional producers, including whisky distillers, awardwinning brewers, gin crafters and food producers all to showcase the what makes Skye a delight for food and drink lovers.
The Three Chimneys head chef said: ‘Skye produces some of the best fresh food in Scotland and we have not highlighted this as a community in any major way for many years.
