A LOCHABER high school is up for a top Gaelic education award.
Ardnamurchan High School has been shortlisted for the Gaelic award in next month’s Scottish Education Awards, alongside Sgoil an Taobh Siar on the Isle of Lewis and Gartcosh Primary School in North Lanarkshire.
Staff at the schools have been praising Go! Gaelic, an online programme of resources from Stòrlann Nàiseanta na Gàidhlig, which enables them to teach some Gaelic in confidence within English-medium education.
