Social media. Most of us are using it it in some form or another. We all choose to share various aspects of our lives, the majority of which is only our highlight reel. I spend more hours than I care to admit, mindlessly scrolling through Instagram, some days feeling inspired by what I see, other days feeling inferior and like I’ll never been good enough, or pretty enough, or perfect enough. When I am feeling low and insecure, social media only serves to make me feel worse. I become more judgemental, more critical. I become the worst version of me.
