VIEW FROM THE WATER

DIVE IN

Well, that came around quickly! This issue marks one year since we rebranded to Outdoor Swimmer and switched our publication frequency to monthly. In swimming, making changes to your technique or training is difficult and has uncertain results. It was the same with making changes to the magazine. While we had canvased opinion about the proposed changes through reader surveys and focus groups, we couldn’t be sure you would like them when they happened. Fortunately, it seems as if you did as most of you have stayed with us and we have welcomed lots of new readers too. I therefore firstly want to use my space in this month’s issue to say thank you for your support – we couldn’t produce Outdoor Swimmer without you!
