1 Racer Back One Piece – Navy Pop £85

They say: Our signature one piece is designed for lap swimmers and triathletes alike. With built-in shelf support, supportive fabric and just the right amount of coverage, it will withstand as many tumble turns and dives as you can manage. A gorgeous strappy back and standout colours make this a statement one piece season after season.

Features include regular rise leg, built-in bust support, body sculpting fabric.

Alice says: Colourful and sporty flattering design, I particularly liked the front colour panels and the back design. The built-in bust support is lovely – just enough that I felt supported but not so much that I felt squashed. It did survive the dive and the soft fabric felt awesome in the water. I think the sizing is generous – in a good way – the 12 fitted nicely to my shorter torso, but I think it could equally accommodate a longer body. At £85 it is an investment, but in return you get a stylish, versatile, sporty and supportive cozzie that delivers – and that’s not something you find every day.

About Outdoor Swimmer

Flicking through my Facebook feed on a weekend I am always astounded by the sheer variety of challenges swimmers around the world take on, from wild dips to awe-inspiring marathon swims. This past month Caroline Block finished just short of a two-way North Channel crossing; Chloë McCardel announced her new world record attempt – a four-way English Channel; and Sarah Thomas swam into the record books with a 104-mile swim in Lake Champlain. It often makes me feel very inadequate! But sometimes swimming is about more than just swimming This issue we look at how you can give back to the swimming community, and Becky Horsbrugh visits Bangladesh to work for a drowning prevention charity. Author Victoria Whitworth talks about the transformative power of swimming outdoors and coach Mat Hudson explains how to swim strong for life. Plus, wildlife, nutrition, training, wild swimming and reviews. Enjoy the magazine and happy swimming. Jonathan Cowie Editor
