12 DAYS OF ‘FITMAS’
Christmas is upon us, whether we like it or not. Our high street windows are gracefully adorned with the obligatory seasonal delights, such as leaping reindeer and trees decorated with copious amounts of tinsel. For those of us behaving well enough, Santa Claus himself may even make an appearance, and upon looking at his finely trimmed physique, we may suddenly be reminded of that familiar feeling we get every year. Whether it’s suffering from a food coma while lying on the sofa, watching another repeat of Harry Potter, or seeing the scales creep higher and higher with every helping of Boxing Day leftovers, Christmas for most of us means eating more than we probably should. But I’m not here to judge; I myself will be taking full advantage of the plethora of food on offer throughout this festive season.
