Why do we need water?
Water - formally known as H2O - makes up 60 per cent of the human body; it plays a major part in the make-up of our anatomy and all our bodily functions. It helps with digestion, the transportation of nutrients and the maintenance of body temperature. On top of the three primary functions of water within the human body, H2O is also absolutely crucial for the upkeep and functionality of your vital organs.
