• The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) can claw back £350,000 from Damian Clarke, ex assistant fund manager and equities trader at Schroders IM, who was convicted of insider dealing. Clarke was jailed for two years in June ’16 after admitting to a string of insider dealing between ’03 and ’12. The FCA secured the confiscation order against Clarke after a judge at Southwark Crown Court ruled he had made £719,658.69 from insider dealing.
