1 ROTATABLE PATTERNS
Patterns can now be rotated to an angle of your choosing. The feature is built into the pattern options, so it’s also editable and undoable. To add a pattern, click the Adjustment Layer icon in the Layers panel and choose Pattern. You’ll find the handy new Angle control in the Pattern dialog.
