Psychic News  |  March 2019
In the March 2019 issue of Psychic News magazine, psychologist Christa Mackinnon explains the basis of shamanism.
Christa is a psychologist, family counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist, shamanic practitioner and teacher. For many years she worked internationally as a trauma specialist, therapist, trainer and university lecturer, and also spent ten years as the course director of a large international hypnotherapy training institute. She has learnt from and worked with Buddhist teachers in Asia, indigenous teachers in the Americas, and contemporary shamanic teachers in Europe and the USA.
Elsewhere, Atasha Fyfe answers frequently posed points about rebirth and past lives. Atasha, who lives in Glastonbury, Somerset, believes she was executed in the French Revolution and describes how a young girl in India recognised her former home and family.
We also take a look at: Silent Power Centre in Switzerland, apparitions that argued in a London churchyard, world-famous artists that entrance Brazilian medium. As well as reiki healing, the fascinating Old Mother Shipton, and spring festivals and superstitions.
In news, we report on the government’s announcement that around 370 schools are to teach pupils mindfulness, how court renovations are halted after medium sees 'dead' judge, the spirit healer who has X-ray vision when she touches people, and TV scientist Brian Cox comments on the afterlife.
