Q+A Dream the impossible dream

How do we know if what we’ve always wanted to achieve can become a reality? Michael Neill, author of Creating The Impossible, shares a secret way of looking at possibility…

Q Is there a process to making our dreams possible?

A: There’s a way things operate, and if we understand this, then we can work with the system. I think a great metaphor for life is the game of snakes and ladders. You show up each day, you roll the dice and you move forward – and every now and then you hit a ladder and you go shooting further than you thought you would – in this way, the seemingly impossible becomes possible. But by the same token, there are also snakes that slow you down a bit, although they can sometimes actually set you up for a ladder. So, when you go down the snake, it could be either helpful or terrible.
