36 Traxxas 1:16 Summit
VXL
The latest Summit model is
a 1:16 version complete with
brushless set-up and LiPo
ready. With a sealed drivetrain
and waterproof components
the RTR model has the capability
to run in almost any conditions
as we proved when we
tested it.
44 Losi XXX-SCT RTR
Although the XXX-SCT comes
as an RTR this short course
model has top-end competition
heritage. The standard package
offers good run time handling
and performance making it
ideal for the first time buyer all
wrapped up in a Ready Lift prepainted
body design.
52 LRP S10 Blast MT RTR
Using their 1:10 scale platform
as a basis the Blast MT is a RTR
entry-level electric monster
truck designed for the first time
buyer with everything required
for operation in the big blue
box.
58 Associated RC18B2T2
The second generation of RC18
model sees two kits in one box
including all the parts required
to construct it up in either
buggy or stadium truck format.
Associated give the platform
an all-new look with a beltdrive
transmission and sealed
drivetrain.
70 Schumacher Mi1
The Mi1 harks back to
Schumacher’s early TC days with
a competitive introduction into
the class without the high price
tag. Using common components
where possible the Mi1 is LiPo
friendly and is capable of handling
the power of a brushless
system.
78 Xray T3’11
New for 2011 is Xray’s T3’11
evolution chassis with changes
revolving around LiPo battery
technology with an all-new
narrow chassis centrally positioned
steering system revised
chassis layout and new top
deck design.
96 Tamiya TRF417
The 417 is Tamiya’s TRF
chassis and is the car that
was developed over the 2010
season. Tweaks to cater for the
demands of LiPo technology are
included as well as many other
fine adjustments to ensure that
the Japanese manufacturer
stays at the sharp end of touring
car competition.
