The farm trailer trapped under No. 66754 after the collision at Kisbeys user worked crossing.

AN investigation by the RAIB into a collision between a GB Railfreight Class 66 and a farm tractor with a trailer, has been unable to find any evidence of a request to use the crossing by the driver of the tractor.
The accident at Kisby user worked crossing between March and Whittlesea on August 19, involved a container train from Felixstowe hauled by No. 66754 Northampton Saints.
The train driver suffered minor injuries, however the locomotive suffered significant structural damage during the accident. Level crossing and track equipment was also extensively damaged.
