Tornado Railtours renamed
THE A1 Steam Locomotive Trust’s railtour arm, Tornado Railtours, has rebranded itself as 21st Century Steam Limited.
Having run its own tours since 2006, and taken the booking in-house in 2019, the new name reflects the modern era of new steam loco construction and the fact ‘P2’ No. 2007 Prince of Wales will join the fleet in the future. The name is also a nod to the 20th Century Limited streamlined train from the Thirties which ran between New York and Chicago.
