GBRf released No. 66734 (the former European No. PB04, and now the second loco to carry this number after the original was scrapped following its derailment at Loch Treig in June 2012) in early June, sporting a livery to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, including a Union Flag, a vinyl name Platinum Jubilee, and a vinyl plaque commemorating it as the company’s 100th Class 66. The loco is pictured on June 9 at Ruabon working the 6M76/00.17 Margam to Dee Marsh steel train, a working which GBRf has recently taken over.
