‘3F’ BACK IN ACTION: LMS ‘Jinty’ 0-6-0T No. 47298 has entered service at the East Lancashire Railway following several mechanical issues, and appears to be settling down nicely. The ‘3F’ is pictured departing Rawtenstall with the 11.08h service to Heywood on May 14. Meanwhile, minor boiler and mechanical repairs are progressing on SR Bulleid Pacific No. 34092 City of Wells.
