JUPITER • Pictured arriving in Bergen after her sailing from Newcastle via Stavanger, Jupiter entered service in July 1975 for Silja Line as Wellamo on the Helsinki to Stockholm route. Following a spell as Dana Gloria, she served as King of Scandinavia on the Copenhagen-Oslo route. She then had a spell for Color Line as Color Viking on their Newcastle-Bergen route. In 1998 Color Line sold her and the Norway-Newcastle route to Fjord Line. They renamed her Jupiter, and she operated the route until November 2005. She was later sold to Hong Kong-based Royal Group, but on 4 November 2017, after being laid up since 2010, Jupiter sank with the loss of seven crew while she was under tow off Binh Dinh, Vietnam.
SEA PRINCESS • Delivered to Princess Cruises from Fincantieri, the cruise ship Sea Princess began operations in 1998. Late in 2002 she was transferred to P&O Cruises, who renamed her Adonia. In early 2005 she returned to Princess Cruises and reverted to the name Sea Princess. In late 2020 she was sold to Chinese interests and now operates as Charming for Forsee Cruises.
