For the porridge

• 60g (2¼oz) oats soaked in 200ml (6¾fl oz) water overnight

• 100ml (3¼fl oz) unsweetened oat milk

• 100-200ml (3¼fl oz-6¾fl oz) water — depending on desired porridge consistency
